Location: India (Remote)

Role: Consultant – Business Intelligence

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on legal tools, including eDiscovery platforms and
    Litigation search platforms.
  • Leverage litigation search platforms to provide clients with insights into litigation
    trends, case law analysis, and strategic recommendations. Help clients navigate
    and utilize the tool effectively for their specific needs.
  • Interpret legal language and implications within contracts, ensuring accuracy
    and compliance with legal standards.
  • Analyze contracts to identify key terms, obligations, rights, and responsibilities.
  • Conduct thorough legal research using various search engines and legal research
    platforms like Bloomberg and LexisNexis.
  • Manage multiple client projects related to legal tools, ensuring timely delivery and
    adherence to project objectives and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 Years of experience in Legal Consulting, Legal Technology
  • Proficiency in using Ediscovery Platforms, Litigation Search Platforms, with a strong
    understanding of their functionalities.
  • Familiarity with other legal technologies, such as case management software,
    document automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with
    clients, stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate
    should have:
  • Good Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, Especially Microsoft Excel (required)
  • Strong Command of Legal Terminology, Concepts to Assess Legal Documents.
  • Strong Knowledge of Legal Tools Like Relativity, Epiq Discovery, Viewpoint.
  • Proficient In Contract Abstraction, Contract Management, Document Review.

  • Excellent Attention to Detail
  • Strong communication Skills
  • Ability to work with individuals from various professional backgrounds
